ASoC: DRA7: atl: Add initial support for Audio Tracking Logic
Add initial version of Audio Tracking Logic (ATL) driver. ATL is used to synchronize the digital audio output to the baseband clock. ATL produces a timing signal at the top of the audio clock tree.
