Updated README on FC version for MMIP 3.00.08.023.00.09.003.00.08.02
For MMIP 3.00.08.02, the firmware requires FC to be updated
to version 3.40.01.04 which solves the issue with
FC_suspend() crashes if alg contains > 10 resources.
