wpan: BT HF configuration for I2S mode

Bluetooth HF data interface has been configured to I2S mode
from PCM mode.
The new configuration configures BT chip for 8k sample rate,
stereo mode, BCLK-256k

FYSNC when CLK  @falling edge
FSYNC polarity- Active Low
CH1 TX driven at:  @falling edge
CH1 RX sampled at: @rising edge
CH2 TX driven at:  @falling edge
CH2 RX sampled at: @rising edge
