wpan:wl18xx: BT/NFC firmware SP2.4

Upgraded to SP 2.4 for 189x/185x
nfc: Add new NCI script for NFC
BT WBS: Bluetooth HF data interface has been configured to I2S mode.
The new configuration configures BT chip for 16k sample rate,
stereo mode, BCLK-512k

FYSNC when CLK @falling edge
FSYNC polarity- Active Low
CH1 TX driven at: @falling edge
CH1 RX sampled at: @rising edge
CH2 TX driven at: @falling edge
CH2 RX sampled at: @rising edge
