wl12xx: Add BTFM firmwares for COM8 chipset

This patch adds below scripts

1) TIInit_12.7.27.bts - SP 1.3
2) fmc_ch8_1893.2.bts - v 1.6
3) fm_rx_ch8_1893.2.bts - v 1.6
4) fm_tx_ch8_1893.2.bts - v 1.6
5) TIInit_11.7.27.bts - SP 1.3
