Adding an upgraded firmware for COM6/7 corresponding to R8.a1.05 driver

Firmware version number:

For 128x:
wl128x-fw-4-sr.bin: FRev 7.3.7.0.105
wl128x-fw-4-mr.bin: FRev 7.5.4.0.20
wl128x-fw-4-plt.bin: FPLT 7.3.7.0.105

For 127x:
wl127x-fw-4-sr.bin: FRev 6.3.7.0.105
wl127x-fw-4-mr.bin: FRev 6.5.4.0.20
wl127x-fw-4-plt.bin: FPLT 6.3.7.0.105

Upgrade to NLCP R8_a1_05 package requires the following patches also:

Move subdir include to top of Android.mk

Having the Android.mk inclusion at the bottom of the Android.mk is
causing it to be ignored, which meand SGX/wlan/etc are no longer
installed.  Moving it to the top makes it work, and the subsequent
ducati definition works as well.

Updated Ducati installation logic

This patch moves the ducati installation logic into the top-level
Android.mk for proprietary-open, and generalizes the procedure so that
new devices can be added easily.  Benefis include:

* Unpacking into an intermediate location

* Only unpacked if enabled for a specific device

* All devices can use the same PRODUCT_PACKAGE definition

* User-defined ducati TGZ location

device:ti:proprietary-open: add wpan firmware

Add the wpan.tgz firmware tarball which constitutes of the firmware and the
right LICENSE for them.
Also add in the line in Android.mk to untar them to the relevant folder from
where they will be picked up to be installed into the relevant folder on
/system/etc/firmware/.

Update ducati mk files to use literal TARGET_PRODUCT values

The build system sources ALL devices during the lunch command, and
this is causing it to look for ducati_$(TARGET_PRODUCT) files even
when there are not any.  Rewritten to be explicit about full_blaze and
blaze_tablet so that all devices behave as expected.

This patch includes the files needed to install Ducati fw and DCC
files for the Blaze.

Versions of Ducati can be dropped in with an accompanying mk file, and
each device capable of using that version of ducati can include the
makefile at the device level.

No longer force reinstallation on every build

make.  Instead, it adheres to normal Makefile rules.
