ASoC: OMAP4+: AESS: aess_mem: Activate AESS for memory/register access
Force AESS to be active when its memories or registers are accessed.
Without this patch changing some mixer settings when AESS is not
active causes AXI-error interrupts on OMAP5 uEVM.
