Fixing noHomeScreen caused cts fails on Car device

The CTS case will be passed in handheld device(like Nexus device) with
Launcher/Home screen in it;
But for Automotive product, the ui behavior is different and has no
similar Home screen, the case will failed if we don't configure the
device as no home screen(currently config_noHomeScreen is false by
default)

Allow customization to the default car settings

For example, both multi-window and activity_on_2nd_display are disabled
with setting in package/services/Car/car_product/overlay/.../config.xml
<bool name="config_supportsMultiWindow">false</bool>

With this CL, OEM can enable multi-window by adding OEM overlay before
the default overlay above. Otherwise, they need to modify the config.xml
directly for customization.

add bugreport_analyze

- extract boot timing information similar to bootanalyze.py from
  unzipped bugreport txt.
- Can be useful for initial investigtion of boot-up issue.
- Print all java / native crashes so that crash during boot-up can
  be easily identified.
- also update config.yaml: StartPackageManagerService time was located
  in two places and were not counted as timing event.

improve I/O analysys script further

- add IO wait histogram for check_io_trace_all
- Check block level acces for check_file_read. Even if it is a single
  block read in ext4 level, block level can be more efficient
  or inefficient depending on I/O scheduler. Total read is coming from
  block layer while ext4 layer can have more access when another read request
  is made while similar read is still pending.
- add separate accounting for write

Fix a multi device Bluetooth connection scenario.

The Car policy failed to connect to a second device on a vehicle event
when it was already connected to one device.
1. While updating a disconnect status for a device, check if there are
other devices in the middle of a connection.
2. Before sendign a connect request to a device, check if it is not
already connected.

Map the VehicleAudioContextFlag.UNKNOWN_FLAG to current context.

    + When vehicle hal is reporting volume change on unknown context, we
      will map it to the current context. This makes partner's
      implementation easier and our volume handling more robust.

Replace test music with something easier to hear

Use a track with less dynamic range so that it is easy to detect volume
changes, etc.  The preivous classical track started with a significant
amount of silence, and frequent dramatic volume changes making it harder
to use for diagnostic purposes.
Track is from youtube music library and is noted as free for any use and
not requiring attribution.

Test:   Tap "Media Play" button on the Audio panel of kitchensink.

Fix subscribers notifications and listener to callback

This CL fixes the VMS subscriber manager so that clients with no active subscriptions
will get notifications. Also this CL changes the name listener to callback per the API review.

Test: tests were adjusted to verify that notifications are received also when not subscribed.

Car Bluetooth policy - option to tag a device for autoconnect

Provide an option to tag a device with a priority for auto connection.
If a device is tagged as a Primary device for example, then the auto
connect policy will always try to connect to that device first
regardless of which device connected last (which is the default policy)

bootanalyze: add shutdown events

- will capture logcat if Timeout event happens during shutdown.
- -m option can be used to capture shutdown event taking over certain time like
  -m ShutdownBtDuration=2.0,ShutdownStorageManagerSerivceDuration=3.0,ShutdownInitFsShutdown=5.0
- Duration for interval with items with Xyz and XyzDone
- Shutdown time is counted from the point where shutdown starts.

Bluetooth: move AIDL files related to bluetooth into system/bt (3/3)

This patch moves *.aidl files from
frameworks/base/core/java/android/bluetooth into system/bt/binder. This
is in preparation to convert the Bluetooth deamon into native
implementation piece by piece.
In order to do that, one must have C++ header files, and paths to them
with AIDL files, and */java/* folder didn't seem as proper place for
that. Additionally, keeping AIDL files out of framework/base will not
require creating dependency on this huge project, which should help
keeping the compilation fast.
