wl18xx_build: enble wilink platform data

Enable CONFIG_WILINK_PLATFORM_DATA in the compat-wireless  config.mk
for building with kernels older than 3.8 that do not use device tree.

 * configure uses '--host' parameter which is derivative from cross compiler

   variable to pass to --host switch of configure.
