libgles-omap3: Adjust for non X11 distros

* Non X11 base distros are unable to build this Graphics SDK.
* This patch tweaks the libgles-omap3 include file to always build the
  Graphics SDK in Raw mode and also build in X11 mode only if X11 is
  a part of the DISTRO_FEATURE. Components are built, installed and packaged
  based on which mode the Graphics SDK is built in.
* Create a new variable PVR_INIT that is by default set to pvrsrvinit. This is
  needed for newer version of the Graphics SDK that replaced this file.

pandaboard: use xf86-video-omap by default in XSERVER config

Also we need to pull in module-exa as xf86-video-omap relies
on it, at run time.

And replaced the default xorg.conf for 'omap4' machine to take
new driver into account. Do not enable HWcursor (e.g. mouse
using DSS overlay) to keep things simple for now..

xf86-video-omap: add new recipe for OMAP4/5 X11 video driver

Since this component is still actively being developed, let's use
a _git.bb recipe. We can introduce 'x.y' version later.

Even though xf-video-omap can be combined with private/restricted
EXA sub-driver for SGX/PVR, it can also work without it. In which
case EXA aren't using SGX, but all standard driver features still
work, and it is a replacement for xf-video-fbdev.

recipes: Fix ti-eula-unpack issue. Tweak sgx modules and libgles recipes.

* Commit d8fc4a686262c50fd0053afa7240020909ec430b addressed an issue where
  too many newlines characters were being sent since print by default already
  sends a newline character. This commit however resulted in bin files being
  installed in the WORKDIR and broke other recipes which commit
  a94f765b9867abefd5f0bd262b5dddb8782b3187 addressed. This lead to a very
  cluttered WORKDIR.
* This patch updates ti-eula-unpack.inc to switch from using a print to a write.
  Since write doesn't automatically send newlines it is a bit more obvious when
  newlines are sent.
* Part of the reason that bin files were being installed in the WORKDIR was
  due to TI_BIN_UNPK_WDEXT being blank for some recipes. For instance in the
  libgles-omap3 recipes, when the workdir command is set in TI_BIN_UNPK_CMDS the
  directory that the Graphics SDK will be installed into is
  workdir+TI_BIN_UNPK_WDEXT. A blank TI_BIN_UNPK_WDEXT means the SDK will be
  installed in WORKDIR. By setting TI_BIN_UNPK_WDEXT to a proper value the
  recipes can be sure it is installed in the proper directory.
* Determine which file to download based on the defined BINFILE and not a
  hardcoded value. This idea was taken from arago.

linux-ti33x-psp 3.2: switch ADC to 16x averaging, disable 275MHz, add 4.3" LCD support

* The switch to 16x averaging is done to combat the excessive noise in the
  signal. It's still *very* bad, but the TS cursor jitter has decreased a bit
* The OPP for 275MHz was disabled due to all the errata. Both the EMIF and MUSB
  don't seem to like that OPP.
* The resistive touch version of the 4.3" LCD cape is supported in 24 bit mode.

linux-mainline: Add patches to enable libertas firmware loading asynchronously

When using udev >=177 libertas driver does not load properly the firmware [1].
The patches 0001-0016 were taken from [2] and can be viewed at [3]. Patch 0017
I created to fix compiler complaining for missing symbol is_interrupt when
DEBUG set.
The patch series was tested with meta-gumstix on overo with udev-175 and
udev-182.

* add support for revision A2 of the 7" Beagleboardtoys cape
* allow capes to disable w1-gpio
* add stub for the Beagleboardtoys camera cape
* Fill in more entries in the am335x mux table
* switch to 4x oversampling in the tsadc driver to reduce jitter (or cursor hula
  dancing as Gerald describes it)

All beaglebone patches have been rediffed and renumbered to avoid confusion

linux-ti33x-psp 3.2: avoid gold linker for Thumb2 kernel

BeagleBone kernel is required to be built in Thumb2 mode for fast boot.
Gold linker is not yet perfect for this, giving an internal error:

| arm-linux-gnueabi-ld: internal error in thumb_branch_common, at .../binutils-cross-2.22-r6/binutils-2.22/gold/arm.cc:4149

While this fix can be put in generic linux.inc for all the kernels, it's
better to test the Gold linker out as much as possible and only disable it
for known issues, like this one (until it gets fixed, of course).
