Project to include GIT repos for RTOS components including user mode CSL & NetCP LLDs (CPPI/QMSS/PA/RM), PDK components (NWAL/PKTLIB) and Transport Net Lib components (NetAPI/HPLIB) - Module expands underlying CPPI hardware descriptors for optimal usage at application layer.
