Project to include GIT repos for RTOS components including user mode CSL & NetCP LLDs (CPPI/QMSS/PA/RM), PDK components (NWAL/PKTLIB) and Transport Net Lib components (NetAPI/HPLIB) - Legacy Module for AM335x/AM437x compatibility in Processor SDK release. Module is equivalent to CSL layer and includes additional support eg: SBL in the case of AM335x/AM437x SOCs.
