 The default supply voltage of AM437x GP EVM is 1.5V which is set during
 power up. To set DDR supply voltage to 1.35V for low power mode in DDR3
 the supply voltage for DDR is set by updating the DCDC3 field of DCDC3
 control register to 0x12U.

 - memset which initializes the PRU DRAM and shared RAM is hanging when
   SBL is built with GCC tool chain v6.3.1. Root cause is, PRU is not
   coming out of reset completely when PRU memory is accessed by memset
   function. Issue is seen only with updated GCC tool chain could be
   because of latency changes with additional optimizations.

   Used PRCMModuleEnable function which resets the PRU, enables PRCM clock
   and waits till PRU clocks are active. This will ensure PRU is out of
   reset completely before accessing the PRU memory by memset.
