Following fixes:
- PDK-1797:  Desc: [DSS WB] Return error to application in case capture WB is from video/grpx pipeline
- CAL : PDP-1796 : Fix

    The calculations for THS Term / Settle and
    TCLK Term / Settle is updated. With this range
    we should have better inter-operateability.

    Background: Please refer MIPI spec for THS Term,
            THS Settle, TCLK Term & TCLK Settle
            definitions.
            MIPI defines a minimum and maximum values
            for these, referred  as permissible range.

    Root Cause : Previous ranges operated in higher
            spectrum of permissible range.

    Fix : New range is the mean between min & max

    Testing : Tested with TDA3x EVM, UB964 operating
            @750 MHz CSI2 clock, with SAT0088 camera
            modules and it works as expected.
