PDK-10869: SBL: OSPI DMA transfers to MCU R5 TCMs must use SoC addr
For newer MCUSS R5 instances in SoCs, such as J721S2, when using
UDMA for OSPI transfers to MCU R5 ATCM or BTCM, we must use
use the SoC-level addresses for these memories since local CPU-
based MCU R5 addresses for TCM memories are not usable by UDMA.
