PDK-11354:Board: Updated j784s4 board ddr config
- DDR initialization for multiple instances is done based on
MULTI_DDR_CFG_EMIFS_ACTIVE flag which is generated by EMIF tool.
This allows enabling specific DDR instances dynamically based on EMIF
tool configuration.
- Added global ECC configuration which is done based on ECC enable
parameter from Board_init as ECC is always disabled in the EMIF tool
generated config.
