PDK-9735: USB: Fix for wrong benchmark values on AM65xx R5 core
- Performance benchmark numbers are showing wrong some times on R5 core.
This is happening due to the wrong timer peak value on R5 core when timer
overflows and restarts.
Updated the code to use correct maximum time value to fix the issue.
