Fixed an ECAP interrupt issue in the TempSensor demo
It was discovered that PRU1 could get stuck waiting on the
ECAP PRDEQ event if the ECAP flags were not cleared during
initialization.
This commit clears the ECAP flags during initialization for
both the lab_3 and pru_fw examples.
