dt-bindings: hwlock: Update OMAP HwSpinlock binding for AM64x SoCs
Update the existing OMAP HwSpinlock binding text to also include
the info for AM64x SoCs. The same compatible from AM65x SoCs is
reused for AM64x SoCs, and a new example is added showcasing the
difference in the IP's presence on the interconnect.
