dt-bindings: remoteproc: k3-dsp: mark text binding document as obsolete

Add a binding status note to the TI K3 DSP text-format binding document
marking it obsolete. The YAML-format binding "ti,k3-dsp-rproc.yaml"
replaces the previous "ti,k3-dsp-rproc.txt" binding.

The text binding document file is intentionally not removed to provide
continuity for existing customers.
