powerpc: dts: t2080: add QorIQ DPAA 1 FMan v3 nodes

Add the QorIQ DPAA 1 FMan v3 device tree nodes for the T2080 SoC.
The device tree nodes are copied over with little modification from
the Linux kernel source code.
