firmware: updated firmware and added ILI file
Updated the firmware to 8.1.20.1.76 and added its ILI file. This is
still an unofficial version used for integration.

This is firmware version 8.1.19.1.75, which is an unofficial version
with a merged R5 API. This is based on the firmware used in A1.26.
